Use Case
Troubleshooting post deployment tasks that take place at the operating system level / OS Patcher.
Symptoms
- Deployed device is not joining domain.
- Deployed device is not creating new local account.
- Deployed device is not installing drivers.
- Deployed device not completing instructions per the deployment template.
Solution
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and look for files named "os_patcher.exe_***.log" within System32 on the deployed device and review the logs to investigate the root cause within your environment. If there is not enough information within these logs to determine the cause, please contact support for further assistance.
