All subscription licenses for Acronis Cloud (workload and storage) are maintained via account.acronis.com and must be registered there to add or extend quotas used.
All perpetual license maintenance renewals are processed by the Acronis SCS Order Processing team. In the event this team is unable to locate the account the original license is registered to, you may submit a support ticket and a support analyst can manually update the information that matches the invoice provided for that account.
License Information Issues
Acronis products(non Acronis SCS Hardened Edition) use account.acronis.com to sync their maintenance information for license keys to notify in the product of warnings and alerts when the date is approaching or passed. These warnings can be ignored and dismissed as they have no functionality impact on the product. If your license is in account.acronis.com and shows different information, you may wish to navigate to the backup management console, Settings, Licenses and select the Sync button. Provide the log in information to your account.acronis.com account to update that information. If you experience issues or the information fails to update to match, please open a support ticket with a screen shot of your licenses in the console and provide the email account used for account.acronis.com.
