A: The download link to your purchase is always included in the license certificate email. Download links can also be found here: Product Downloads
Q: I am trying to register my licenses on the Acronis portal(account.acronis.com) and it says my license is invalid.
A: Non-subscription licenses generated by Acronis SCS can not by default be added to your account.acronis.com portal account. If you wish to be able to add these to an existing account on the Acronis portal, please open a support ticket with your invoice number and account.acronis.com portal email address. We would be happy to add them to your account for you.
Q: I am trying to register my licenses on the Acronis SCS portal (account.acronisscs.com) and the licenses do not show in my Products list.
A: This can happen if the account email does not match up with the email provided on the invoice. Please reach out to support and open a ticket to resolve this issue.
Q: I am trying to locate my license keys in the Acronis SCS portal (account.acronisscs.com) and can't find them.
A: The Acronis SCS portal is not designed to provide an end-user facing list of license keys. Please reference your license certificate for your keys or reach out to support if you are unable to locate this license certificate.
Q: How do I register my maintenance on licenses I bought originally through Acronis GmbH?
A: Maintenance is handed by the Acronis SCS order processing team who will find the account the licenses were registered to and update the information. If for any reason they were unable to locate this and update your information, please open a support ticket with the invoice number and account email address for account.acronis.com and we will be happy to update the information.
Q: How do I register my maintenance on licenses I bought new from Acronis SCS?
A: Acronis SCS license renewals where the original key was generated by Acronis SCS are handled automatically. If there is any issue with the dates of support in account.acronisscs.com please reach out to support with a screen shot of your account for us to research.
Q: I purchased a renewal and did not receive any license keys.
A: Only renewals that are subscription based receive new licenses to be added to the product. If you feel your order did not include licenses in error, please reach out to support and open a ticket to provide your invoice for review.
